Banana Bread
Fluffy, tender, and naturally sweet — this banana bread is a perfect way to use up overripe bananas.
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup melted butter
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
Mix mashed bananas and melted butter.
Add baking soda, salt, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
Stir in flour until just combined.
Bake 55–60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
