Onion Ring Chips
Ingredients
2 large onions, thinly sliced
1 cup breadcrumbs or panko
½ cup grated Parmesan
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
2 eggs, beaten
Cooking spray or olive oil spray
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate onion slices into rings.
In one bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Dip onion rings into egg, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
Place rings in a single layer on the baking sheet and lightly spray with oil.
Bake for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Serve warm with ranch, ketchup, or spicy mayo.
