Raspberry Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups spinach

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • 1/2 cup walnuts

  • Feta (optional)

Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Salt + pepper

Instructions

  1. Add spinach, berries, avocado, and walnuts to a bowl.

  2. Whisk dressing ingredients.

  3. Drizzle and toss gently.
