Turkish Pasta

Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (penne or shells)

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp cumin

  • Salt & pepper

  • 1½ cups plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.

  2. Brown ground beef in olive oil and season with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.

  3. Mix yogurt and garlic in a bowl.

  4. Melt butter in a small pan and stir in chili flakes.

  5. Assemble by layering yogurt, pasta, beef, and drizzle with butter sauce.
